Package the Item

•  Place the unused item in its original packaging. If the item consists of several parts, the entire set must be returned. Make sure nothing is missing, and that you are returning the item in the same condition as you received it.
•  If you received a gift with the purchase, you must return the entire set (item plus gift). Otherwise, the nominal value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Terms of Product Exchange
