1. Pack the item

• A) Place the unused item in its original packaging. All components must be included.

• B) If the item came with a gift, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from the refund.

• C) Include a copy of the payment receipt.

• D) Fill out and include the return form. Download Return Form (DOCX).

2. Where to return Returns are accepted via courier service within 30 days of receipt.
